[ Nena docks the shuttle smoothly in its bay, chattering like she's been doing since she first picked him up ] So anyway, like I was saying, it's gonna be totally weird at first 'cause you haven't been in space before. I mean, you haven't, right?

[ giggles at him, because she is a kind and gentle person ] You're not gonna get anywhere walking like that! [ ...aaand she heads off to the hangar door without any further instructions. Because kind and gentle. ]

Oi, wait a minute! [:T So lovely, Nena. NEVERTHELESS he attempts to follow her, ending up... zig-zagging erratically down the corridor] Earth boy, remember?

You'll learn quick! Just grab onto the handle, it's not hard! [ ...a pause as she considers this, grabbing on herself ] That's what she said!

[rolls his eyes as he catches hold of the handle and says dryly:] Didn't see that one coming.

[Shrugs] I've never been on a space base before, let alone the space base of a secret military organisation. Surprise me.

I'll probably get in like a super amount of trouble if I show you the Gundams, so let's go get food!

Well, I guess I can let you in on my stash of Earth food, if you're nice to me!

[ In that case, she stops without warning and kicks to the other side of the corridor, opening the door there ] It's all in my room, come on!

[FOLLOWING HER, still not being very graceful at all and kind of... twirling by accident in the low gravity, whoops] I will if I can actually get through the door.

You look like a ballerina! [ but don't worry, there's more gravity in the bedrooms. Nena's is pretty cluttered; she's taped posters to the walls and only made a halfhearted attempt at getting things near the laundry bag. (Her Haro is in sleep mode, half-under a pink blouse.) She digs around in a drawer she pulls out of the wall, coming up with a bag of Oreos ] Oh yeah, and you'll probably wanna see like space or whatever, yeah?

Should I get a tutu while I'm at it? [OKAY grabbing the door frame and pulling himself in... oh thank god, more gravity. He peers around her room with a bit of interest.] Oh hey, it actually looks like someone lives in here.

'Course. I'm an Earth boy, remember, all of this being surrounded by nothing but stars thing is new to me.

Yeah, Tieria's totally given up on making me follow regulations. And it's not nothing but stars, you can see Earth, too. It's kinda cool, I guess.

And satellites! And space junk! [ She grins as she passes him to go back to the hallway, then seems to remember something ] Oh, right. You can just hold onto one of the handles, I guess.

Yes ma'am. [He gives her a mock-salute, then follows her lead, making sure to grab onto one of the handles this time. But he will figure this space-walking thing out! One day...]

[ There's an observation deck not too far away, and Nena lands easily on the floor in front of it, the door opening automatically ] Scenic stop! [ she starts munching on the cookies as she clears the door for Lyle to enter ]

[Lyle sort of..... drifts past her a little until he reaches the window and uses that to manoeuvre himself to the ground. Don't judge him, he hasn't got the hang of stopping yet. :|;;;]

It's definitely scenic. [The dry comment is slightly spoiled by how sincerely awed he sounds, however slight it is. Space, space all around is still pretty new for him, after all.]

Sure, I guess. I don't get it, though. I don't think I was wowed when I went to Earth for the first time.

[he chuckles slightly] Then yeah, they must have been pretty boring.

[ what's this? a maintenence haro passing by in the hallway? She meanders over to grab it as she talks ] It was a while ago, you know? So it doesn't matter!

If you say so. [and now commences curious staring at the haro.] Hey, don't you have one of those in a different colour?

Yeah, but that's not important right now!

[ AND SHE THROWS IT AT HIS FACE. SPACE QUIDDITCH TIME, BOY ]

[HOLY SHIT lucky his reflexes are so good and he catches it. .... of course he wasn't expecting the momentum to send him gently floating backwards, thank you space physics]

... Is that your way of saying "shut up and let's play space quidditch"?

[ she doesn't answer, just sets off out of the room, giggling madly ]

[Nennaaaaaa o999 AND HE'S OFF trying to follow her and wobbling unsteadily all over the place after her, the haro in his hands bleeping cheerfully.]

[And he looks down at it, perturbed.] What am I supposed to do with you then, huh? Throw you back? [... well there's a plan. He'll just be doing that.]

[ she kicks it back, the momentum nearly making her do a flip in midair; Haros have good shock absorption so she feels free to do pretty much whatever she wants to them ] You throw like a girl!
