What were you doing?

Oh, I got to go outside the colony to test out some propulsion systems for my robotics project! It was like super cool!

Really?! You're doing a robotics project?

What's it on?

[trinities]

Well like, basically, it's about programming a robot that can do repairs in space without needing to be manned, cause we're learning about self-sustaining systems and stuff.

[guiltapalooza]

Ohhhhh, I keep meaning to get into that. Maybe in college I'll take a couple classes on robotics... it's hard to decide what to take, though, it's all so interesting!

I'm jealous you get to do it hands on. It must be a great experience.

Yeah, it's pretty badass! I'm doing stuff with aerospace engineering, too, so I get to work with huge mobile suits sometimes. I'll get you like a manual for Christmas or something.

You're doing things with aerospace engineering? How old are you again? I know the virus played with ages at least for Lavi.

Seriously?! I can't wait! Though strictly speaking it's Hanukkah for me, who cares? Mobile suit manual!

Nineteen normally! The virus just knew what was good for it and made me the youngest~

I think I'll totally get yelled at if I actually give you one of those, but I guess I could find you a book or something! You're one of those people who reads, right?

It was not made out of books! There was an empty fish tank and a computer and a - a bed, aside from the books. Thank you very much.

Well, I dunno when my birthday is, so I made one up. It's in July, cause that's halfway from Christmas, so I've run out of happy present feelings by then.

Why was the fish tank empty, anyway? Did you have like, imaginary fish?

Good thinking! Plus then you can have beach parties and fireworks and stuff like that. Very appropriate for a birthday.

...Angel killed them all. It was a -- point. A not-fun point.

Yeah! Winter totally sucks-- I mean, it's climate controlled here, but like, if I have to go down to Earth or someone else's world in winter it's cold and I have to wear, like, actual pants!

Sheer tragedy. It can get pretty chilly though, can't lie. Though I guess I shouldn't be complaining given I live in California.
