Nena arrived in Iwatodai in a back alley by the station to avoid notice, dressed in a skirt, tights, and short wool coat. Walking out into a more public area, she put her hands on her hips, looking around for any sign of Junpei. "Guess we should have set a more specific place to meet, huh..." Due to the fact that he knew the area better than she did, she didn't want to get lost, and he was the guy and supposed to do the work anyway, she found a place that put her in good view of the area and settled down to wait.

"I'm no good at cooking, so I've gotta keep my options open," he said, stuffing more pie in his mouth.

It was true - the best he could manage was instant ramen, usually. He knew some of the basics; there were a lot of times before the dorm that his father was too drunk to bother being a parent, and Junpei was left to fend for himself... But he didn't know anything fancy, by any stretch. More like he could make do with what he had.

That, and he could eat just about anything.
